move: go in a specific direction or manner; change position

The Hearts & Minds Movement Studio sprouted from a seed of isolation and bloomed into a bunch of possibilities.

The idea of a virtual movement studio extends beyond brick and mortar to a whole and complete fitness program with constant availability that includes direct communication with the actual instructor. Be a part of building community, a collaboration of spirits that strive to be their best self.

The fitness program is simple. Begin with breathing. Move with Pilates, Yoga, or Barre. Add a fitness walk. Within an hour a day, you have a well-rounded fitness program, available in the comfort of your home, on your schedule. Choose to join a predetermined live event or select a video from the library at your convenience. If you desire to experience personal instruction, Carolyn is a button away from setting up your own program.

Have questions? Review the faq page or ask your own. If you need a sample or want to talk with Carolyn first to schedule a preliminary conversation of expectations. life isn’t about finding yourself. life is about creating yourself.”

create: bring into existence through artistic or imaginative effort

Carolyn is fascinated by the workings of the various levels of the many bodies of our existence. An avid reader and active student, she explored journalism, art, drafting, philosophy, religion, psychology, and metaphysics or the information behind what is visible.

Her creative process aims to reveal possibility in a new way of being with fresh potential. Her first book “Heart Mind Belly” unearthed the implication of experience in a different light. Life stories, either real or reflected in myth and lore, help to understand the three centers the heart, mind, and belly. The forth coming, second volume addresses the importance to bridge and connect thoughts, feelings, and actions to bring about awareness of who we are.

Boundless imagination soars to enliven points of light with sparkling perspectives like stars in a moonlit sky. From this writing place comes her series of illustrated short stories. The origination of these stories came about through conversations with her mother the months following her father’s death. Subsequent pieces share the joy of bringing together fanciful words and simple illustration.
